GRID

Bhargav's Tale

D-MAN ...THE COMIC CHARACTER

The CONGLOMERATION HOLIDAYED for days together ( after being SABOTAGED).
The BEDSPREAD wasn't SAFFRON.
However the HOUSEMAID'S KNEE of many was cured.
Soon occured a chase - a wild GOOSE one. But not for DANTE  - the D-MAN.
He was no ELDER - but he toiled ONEROUSLY. Not one who can be NEEDLED.
Finally the D-MAN won. What a RATIO!!
He was happy to distribute many an INCENTIVE.

  1. I have prepared a Jumbogrid special for the 9th anniversary of the blog which falls on Sun 04 Feb 18. The Grid has 74 clues of varying length with some unusual words as well due to the size of the grid. I propose to have it as a community grid with commenters from the blog contributing the clues.
Please send me an e-mail and let me know how many words you would like to clue and whether you want short/Long words/difficult/easy words. Please let me know by 31 Dec. You will have time upto the end of Jan 18 to submit your clues
