DeleteRe 5d. A general question. The phrase in the grid may be HOLD ONES HORSES or HOLD YOUR HORSES. In our clue, how do we indicate it so that the solver can arrive at the correct form?
ReplyDeleteI had intended the def in the imperative form. "Be patient" => Hold your horses. As Paddy mentions below, since it is an anagram, there is anyway no ambiguity in the answer.
