  1. 10a GRAIN (anag of NIGRA after deleting aa "repeat of a" from NIaGaRA).
    Attractively written clue. I like "without repeat of a" for letters deletion.
    I think in 'repeat of a' the intention is to take one repeat of a and not the second repeat for which the instruction might have been 'repeats of a'.
    'Polished' is a nice anag ind.
    However, IMO, the clue lacks in overall sensible surface.

  9. As MB has complained, Acrosslite is not opening the grid for some reason ! I have been struggling for the last 5 minutes in my laptop, smartphone and the IPad ! Help !!
