      It is not very clear to me either. I felt the def. is country relative. Uncle Sam is known as USA or Americans.

    Metadata was new to me but wp and crossings helped.
    Range in English has quite a wide range. It ranges from Himalayas to cooking range!

    Yes I am talking about Peter Sellers acting in the 1963 movie THE PINK PANTHER as an Indian.
