What is the clue type, Ramki? CA?

    2. i once asked a doc friend what does breaking water actually mean: i got to know PROM and CAUL

    3. KKR: I don't think it is a CA because there is no anagramming involved. But it's a kind of reverse deletion (where the clue indicates an addition than deletion)
Normally in a deletion clue we have = wordplay (rest of clue)-
Here the clues says + = wordplay (rest of clue)
