  13. Enjoyable one with just enough stretch. Thank you SK and of course Col. for the timely publishing to fill in the gap created (as usual?) by TH. Why don't they at least put in a note saying No CW today? TH never fails to surprise, but always the wrong way.

  20. Thanks to everyone for your comments and engagement. All the answers and annos were spot on. The only addition I wish to make is the anno for 1D (answered by Kolluru Koteswara Rao). The answer (EPIC) is correct. The anno is creative but not what I had in mind!

    Larger-than-life = EPIC
“show's centerpiece” is 'dEPICt'. A bit of a stretch maybe?

I noticed that there were a couple of spelling errors in my clues. My apologies for not running a spellcheck.

And, of course, thanks to Col. Gopinath for publishing this CW!

    Until next time then...

    3. Dear Shri Vasi,
Thanks for remembering me. yes, I took voluntary retirement from employment in Kuwait and back in Hyderabad. I still remember those Orkut days when you commendably sailed us through cryptic clues. I am glad that you still actively impart your prowess to the crossword community.
I wish you a great health so that your guidance to the forum is available always.
      Best Regards
