    Enjoyed today's offering, but I too can't get the link between spirit and theatre (unless it's Blythe Spirit, but the indicator would have been play not theatre). No déjà vu this time - guess I've been here long enough for the Hindu to have caught up with The Observer.

    OU Sportsman : BLUE (Oxford University Sportsmen are called BLUES after their uniform and get Blues as an award for performance, which I think is in common with Cambridge)

    Beat: LICK
