ReplyDeleteI wrote it as Indore, and struggled with 26A for a long time.
19 - There is still time for New Orleans to finally report the first tragedy (3,3) - {NO}{T} {YE}{T} 'first' on double duty?
ReplyDeleteI think "the" yields "ye" although its not mentioned as "the old".So first is on single duty referring to the T in tragedy.
