I thought this was a CD..
smooth flowing and enjoyable.Happy to score a 100%.
ReplyDeleteAgree with Padmanabhan - in sharp contrast to the laboured wordplay of the likes of NJ and Spiffytrix
ReplyDeleteVery Good, easy and enjoyable. Me too 100%.Thanks Sankalak.
ReplyDeleteCol,
Missing E in 'ninetieth'
Enjoyable as usual.
ReplyDelete7 - Looked hard at big star tailed by newspaperman (6)
I felt it might have made this clue a little more cryptic if Sankalak had used "hero or actor" instead of "star" in the clue, but that's just me nitpicking.
I appreciate how the Mitchells(Dennis' parents) rejoiced their luck in having Dennis as their ward instead of Margaret. Oh Sankalak! where were you all these days?
ReplyDeleteNice to have Sankalak back. But a bit too easy when all you have to do is scan the clues and start filling the boxes akin to a good secretary transcribing shorthand. Not complaining, but the challenge was missing
ReplyDeleteAjeesh @ 11:25,
ReplyDeleteThanks, I have sincerectified the main post.
Bhavan@11.29-
ReplyDelete7D-Since the answer was kind of 'star'ing you in the face,I was also looking for something hidden before settling on the answer.
Easy yet interesting. Sankalak never disappoints.
