  2. I could not connect Pageant with Tattoo and hence had trouble in the northwest. Also, was late in getting agaric ( getting entangled with garlic)

  3. Very enjoyable. Some well constructed clues, 1D and 10A for example, where wordplay and surface combine well.

    I thought there was a 'the' missing in 22D (for French 'La'). Printer's devil or deliberate?

    Is Arden a 17 down from aamchi Mumbai?
