ReplyDelete'crease' is used here in the sense wrinkle. But we generally tend to use it to mean properly pressed- which could make de-crease mean making wrinkled. Am I right?

Thank you Col. It is clear now. I was under the impression that there is a flag/ buoy for indicating shipping hazards. I missed the 'sand bars' part. Now I also understand why it is your COD.
