    The book by Forsyeth was a classic and comparatively the film was ordinary. Thank you for bringing old memories. The description of the gun,the bullet(S)and of course his crutches...unbeatable,I would say.

    A 'see' (noun) is the realm (seat)of a bishop, which contains his chair (cathedra), which is based in a cathedral. So 'see about this' refers to a see being around a cathedral (this, being the def).
