Easy one . Thankfully no CDs!!
ReplyDeleteBut Gridman's CD's are so apt and enjoyable and of course adds variety. We were talking about each setter's typical stamp.
DeleteNice grid and nice blog. Thanks to both.
ReplyDelete21A- 'Ancien' (with a missing T) leading to OL (missing D)- I think I am coming across for the first time.
ReplyDeleteThis is a variant of the stuttering clue.
DeleteInteresting deletion ind :) When I saw it online, wondered if it was a typo at first!
DeleteThanks for the puzzle, Gridman!
+1 Vasant and Ramki

DeleteHi, I am at Masinagudi where one my school mates runs a school for tribals. Will drive to Cimbatore via Port after lunch. We are reviewing a resort for our school batch get-together in Nov
ReplyDeleteMasinagudi is a nice place to stay and if you get lucky (late evening/ early morning) you can spot a few wild animals. Tigers are also said to be there but hardly ever seen. Stayed there overnight a few years ago. Here is a link which=h seems to be informative about resorts around masinagudi.

Delete22dn light has archaic meaning "fall and settle or land on (a surface)". So landed:lit, the man:he.
