    Stage = tier
    Group = cell
    Small as indicator to shorten the word? So, cell becomes cel.
    Tier+cel = tiercel = hawk, a hawk being a keen observer.

  4. Second wave peaking.
    We OURSELVES have REALISED that the cases have SHOT UP and it is in our own interest that we AVOID moving around freely.
    It is going to take a long time for things to RECOVER and the situation to come ON THE MEND. A time when we get an ALL-CLEAR signal and no EVASIVE replies.
    Meanwhile EMPLOYERS and employees are left to AGONISE.
    What cannot be cured ought to be endured for some months.
