  26. A suggestion (I am sure it will be taken in the right sense)
    Now that you write cryptically correct clues, you may start concentrating on making the surfaces more interesting and shorten a few as well.

  31. There seems to be some confusion over thus. Inhabitants of Damascus are called Damascene. But this does not go with the surface. Damaskeen gives a totally different meaning- to produce wavy lines on. Clarification please.

  43. willow is a good synonym for bat,esp.the cricket bat, They were used o be made of wood from willow trees.
    BTW-bat is a mammal too!

    Damaskeen is also an intricate form of inlay work.
