    1. Kindly refer to WORD HIPPO- an 'article' is defined as an item or object. The same word hippo defines vat as an object that holds or contains something. So the desired stnonym for an article or object is Vat.

  9. Col and other solvers, can one of you please confirm if the explanation given by RR and Sridhar for DERIVATIVE are correct? I also think that the answer is DERIVATIVE but not sure about the anno.

    1. I think RR is right in his anno. Derivative is defined as:
      "a word that is derived from another word" and Chambers thesaurus also has a synonym "COPIED" for derivative
