    Welcome new setter Moriarity. For a new one in TH this CW has some good clues. Also, (like Avataar the lesser the word length < 5 letters it is quite challenging to solve) the lesser word is more challenging to solve. Good start👍🏻

      Use of word "pronouns" have woke connection in USA colloq.
      Not found in gen eng/british dictionaries.
      Better to avoid region specific words until they get to OEDs.

      "She" is not picked.

      Indicator - Partly is to pick only "/her" from "she/her".

      So, "she/her" partly becomes "/her" i.e, "slash her", which becomes "slasher"
