    Also, liked the wp in 18A- difficult to delink or/ in the front.
    A doubt about 17D- IMO, linger is to delay/ loiter rather than stop.

    1. Though "stay" and "loiter" are more common synonyms for linger, both Chambers and Collins have listed "stop" as a synonym.
