      For 18A (AIR HANDLER - RED)* does not give INHALER? (there is no E after RED is removed). I took it as (AIR HANDLER -RAD)* (Rad for radical I guess)

      Didn't see that clue has been solved by MB:

      19D Grasped actual study backwards (7) LEARNED {LEAR<=NED<=}
      Normally we take it as NED RAEL as the reversal applies to the whole fodder.

      hi Raji.. yes its done (i think tho not sure how to parse one of the across ones) but i had to cheat on the 14 letter one !! but once i got the answer it was blindingly obvious :) its totally gettable so dont want to spoil it for anyone .. are u stuck on any clue? sure can gmail..
