    1. Yes, but level of difficulty is increased here

    2. I disagree. Enum should be given when the solver has no crossings and will have to solve all clues cold before inserting them in the grid.
And if an acrosslite ver is given, doesn't it let the solver the number of letters by looking at the sot?

    3. The AcrossLite version has no clues

    4. Even if Enums were given the solver will still have to cold solve before trying to fit the words into the grid

    5. Vasi Sir,
It is not the first time that the clues are given without enu.
It is for the solvers to decide whether it is a doable puzzle or not. Looking at the way the clues are solved, I don't think it will be difficult for them to place the solutions in the grid. Solving teasing grids here and elsewhere is not new to many of us here.
      Best of luck to them.

  2. Col, the interactive grid is not matching with what I have prepared and sent to you. I think it is better to ignore it.

    1. Sorry Col. I was too busy with long email correspondence and didn't notice my lapse. Now that you ask me, it seems to be a hidden, rev hidden. If it is so, there seems to be some problems. But I shall not mention them. Let oters comment if need be or say I am on the wrong track as far as anno is concerned.

      It is GREENKEEPER

  32. I solved many clues but did not post any answers. You would have noticed that for my solutiions here I chose the hard letters like X,Z etc.
I wished to post ans for Y.
Though I had YELL, I could not get the ans as the four-letter YELL and anno didn't gel. If the enum had been given as 4,3 the ans would have occurred to me at once.
My considered opinion is the clues must have enums.
