    3. You are correct Paddy. My intention was to say that the 'fer' in 'surfer' sounds like fur sounds like FUR and FOR also sounds like either for or fur.
      Just was fascinated to use "fur for for fer" in a sentence, ha ha!

  3. This is with reference to the reference list. H is the symbol for hydrogen. For helium the symbol is he.
