Hi all
ReplyDeleteGot just half an hour's time before the blog time and completed about 50%. Liked TRANSEPT, VOICE, HERRINGS, SOLVE, ARROGANCE, ORATION, ELVER and a few others.
Missed out DEPARTURE, which too was good.
DeleteBaden-Powell, as you know, was the Chief Scout of the Scout movement. After his marriage, his sister Agnes guided the movement. Scouts live a lot in tents and when in canvas they could be imagined to be wearing TENT DRESS. BTW, this is "a coat, dress, etc shaped like a circular tent, narrow at the shoulders and wide at the hem" (Chambers).
ReplyDeleteInitially i had problem with 11 A as i solved it as DEPARTING.
