      Somehow, ARDEN's Mindgame was found a bit hard for me; Maybe, I was multitasking watching TV debate in the Parliament while solving. SEMTEX & SHADDOCK flummoxed me!CELLARET also was not solvable ! Onde of the toughest from ARDEN's stock.

      Very heartening to note that the so-called rookies are no longer qualifying to be so !

      If bottles is the containment indicator, then seal regularly would have been enough. I will take missing as another layer of cluing. Like instead of saying 60%, we could say 100-40%. But then missing from looks a deletion indicator. Asking to take out el from cellaret to get claret, wine (bottles). Missing a side board, pool

      "Seal regularly sideboard" wouldn't make much sense. Hence Seal regularly missing from sideboard which adds a lot of meaning to the surface. Alongwith wine, bottles & seal,this makes for a terrific surface, IMO

      My intended anno tallies with the comment by Karthikeyan at 19:00.

      Regarding the use of 'seal regularly' or 'seal regularly missing', I opted for the latter because, it doesn't mess with the word play and of course for better surface reading.
