      Complete tenses, force mixing to complete(te)nses.
      This and 9a are the ones that needed fine tuning, IMV.

    To add to Prasad's comment:A very good first effort. But perhaps clues need to become a lot compact. 9A indirect anagram is a big no no:try avoiding it.
