  2. Happy New Year and a Happy New Decade. Thanks to Karaoke. Could KARAOKE along with the setter without much difficulty first thing this new year. RUED that I missed VERSO though, in spite of having got the crossing letters. Kept me ENRAPT, without getting TORMENTED and prevented the hangover COMA after what the ALEWIFE served last night, far more than an IRON RATION. We don't need a THIRD UMPIRE to give a REPORT CARD of the setter. It shines like SIRIUS!

Is "professional" a right definition of "connoisseur"?

    1. As per Free Dictionary
Connoissseur - A person with expert knowledge or training, especially in the fine arts

    2. A professional may be a connoisseur. But a connoisseur may not be a professional.

  3. Probably you have a point. In a way, connoisseur is one who enjoys the skills of a professional.
