ReplyDeletewaiting for the online test col.
DeleteCol., This Sunday grid is entirely different from the Everyman grid of 19.1.20 available in the online (paid) version of The Hindu Crossword!I guess yours is from the print version.
ReplyDeleteThe online version is 2 CWs ahead of the print version. What I have posted is the same as what is available in the today's issue of The Sunday Magazine of The Hindu
DeleteYes Doctor. This is from the print version of Sunday Magazine. BTW I am a subscriber of the print version sine I prefer solving with pen on paper.
ReplyDeleteI have also been doing only the print version. Recently I had to be away from home for two weeks and so I paid for the online crossword for a month. From February I will be at the mercy of the paper boy!
DeleteMy paperboy is very merciful. I get my paper before 6am
DeleteCW is not appeared in today's epaper. might be printed subscribers will have an advantage.
DeleteSunday CW will be in the 'Sunday Magazine' of epaper
DeleteLooking forward to the special.
ReplyDeleteThe print edition puzzle is some seven or eight weeks behind from Everyman at the Guardian stable. The one on the website is not the same as that in the paper but a different series.
ReplyDeleteMcKellen was new to me and so was Abbott. Thank you Col.
