We should probably disallow immediate/instant 'replacements' so that more people can enter the three answers.
After all, one takes three; what if any of them are duplicates from others' inputs above theirs.
This will enable more people to participate.
After a specified time, the early solvers can return to complete the puzzle.

  14. The rules set out above do not say replacements for duplicates may be entered. It is a practice.

Does read like the practice has been accepted into rule.

    2. OK. We will leave it to the owner and administrator to decide.
Personally I have not put in replacements.

    3. Col, Just noted your Comment.
We will leave it to the solvers concerned.

  15. Thanks for the sunday special veeyares.
A doubt on 10a. HP indicators are applied to the clue word or after the synonym of a clue.
Here to ~hear and then listen ! Is it ok?

  17. Four people may enter the easiest of answers. If all of them enter replacements, four are unavailable for those who follow.

    1. It comes to the same CV. If two people enter 3 similar answers and then if the second person answers another 3 different ones stiil only 6 have been solved by two people so that's ok. My only restriction is that 3 answers should be submitted in one comment for the first time so that monitoring is easy
