  8. As the solving of this puzzle goes on as per rules, here is an INTERLUDE.
    The other day we had PTOSIS, where P is silent.
    Incidentally, it is prolapse of a part - not necessarily that of the eyelid.
    The plural is ptoses.
    Now, anyone, give THREE other words where the initial letter P is silent. All the three must be in a single Comment.
    Once that is in, anyone else can enter any other similar example where the first letter P is silent.
