  5. 'Longcase clock' - This is a new phrase for me. I have always known it as grandfather's clock. Are all grandfathers 'long cases'?

  7. Back to the blog after a long enforced absence. Enjoyed doing the easier Neyartha. Did not get nothing (learned that nath is asaf.) & a poste...
    Realised that there are places without water! Remembered the good old saying-"Water water everywhere, not a drop to drink". Of course that referred the sea, but then we had an inland (in house for some of us) sea. This too was not drinkable for different reasons.
