17 down: TRADE GAP is a phrase that all countries suffer from, due to havala, idhar ka un=dhar, udhar ka idhar , under invoicing and over invoicing etc. Can one explain how GAP is parsed here ?

ReplyDeleteMs. Spooner is also involved here. So it is supposed to be grade tap. Grade from class and tap from monitor. Spooner adds to your other worries.
