    3. Vasi Sir, I know CI is not a standard connotation. But in Indian scenario, usual police terms CI and SI stand for Circle and Sub-inspectors respectively.
      I hope the designates are still in service in police dictionaries!!

    Indirect anagrams are a no-no, and cut down use of superfluous words.
