  5. 12D. Because we know that Everyman is the setter we know that I has to be removed. But how does The Hindu expect all its solvers to know that. Maybe be they should show the name of Everyman on the CW

    1. This is not a vakkalath for TH. But the website edition has the setter's name.It's not the same as what appears in the printed edition - meaning web Everyman is not in sync with print edition. On a Sunday you could solve two Everyman puzzles.

  6. Vakkalath brings me back old memories of my father's legal practice which was done in Tamil,but vakkalath was used freely.It must be of Hindi origin. They used to call a petition as 'Piradhu".
