ReplyDeleteRajugaru,
DeleteSince when you became rookie?!!! ha ha
Sorry, KKR garu, I didn’t realise today is Friday. I came on to the blog and posted blindly. Thanks to Chaitanya that I am able to access THC and the others sent by Vasant regularly and this has cheered me up in this chill weather here. I truly appreciate their gesture. Solving crossies is worse than drug addiction for me. Luckily , there is no need for rehab here !
DeleteSorry to hear about the surgery needed for your brother. Younger or older ? What was wrong ? I tried to call you, but yesterday was too late in terms of the time lag. Please call me if you can on WhatsApp. It is 1515 hrs here now.Wish him all the best on my behalf and a speedy recovery. God bless.

DeletePlease desist from using all caps in writing Comments.
The owner and admin and many of us commenters prefer normal writing.
Fridays the experts are conspicuous by their absence. Of course they may come in later. A good chance for others to become experts soon!

ReplyDeleteGlad to be in touch with a tennis player here- from a former tennis player from Chennai.
DeleteFor 4 down, is the answer SIDE? I am Ram and very much a rookie.
ReplyDeleteYes Ram. A DD. Two word clues in general point to a double definition.
DeleteI too had my doubts there, though I filled in. Is side a feature?
DeleteSide as in facet/feature. "One side of the him!, on a side note, its irrelevant"
DeleteDo you'll know that RKE is Dr Ramakrishna Easwaran, a neurosurgeon from Trichy? Read his introduction under the THCC Memebrs link above. Dr Satyen I'm sure will have a professional discussion with him.
ReplyDeleteSrivathsan (Spinner) too would like to speak ti him on the subject of Carnatic music
DeleteGood to read about Dr. RKE.It would be great if all the regulars(and non regulars as well) send their briefs to Col.
DeleteGlad to see Dr RKE's Introduction and warm Welcome to THCC members blog.
DeleteHappy to read all. Several new additions after my last look in.
DeleteRemembering one of the earlier (? the first) THC offerings by Spinner that had Trichy and NIT Trichy as the theme. An even earlier one about 10 years back based on Carnatic Ragas.
DeleteI have nothing in stock for this weeks Sunday Special
ReplyDeleteDG is always there!
ReplyDeleteThanks all. Already feeling a part of the blog family
ReplyDeleteDr. RKE, glad to finally see you here on the blog
