  8. 9 across: POWER HOUSE--- MIght= power + congress= house= Power house= dynamic person ( which is what the compiler doc is in cryptic puzzles.

    20 acros: RELUCTANCE--- anagram of nuclear era + T from Trump--- the clue should have sounded better if :Aversion to shaky nuclear era in Trump -- the rump pumper !!

    2 down: BRAGGART -- one showing off--- GARB = dress ( reverse) G from grand and finesse = art. An antonym for 19 down.

    3. RV has been clued in as 'recreational vehicle' and 'camper' by Buzzer & xChequer.
      Caravan is an RV. 'Van' means caravan (Br). So, the clueing is perfect.
