  13. A doubt about 26A- Cataract itself is waterfalls. Do we need S at the end?
I think cataracts may lead to eye problem.

    1. Cataract is waterfall. S for plural, my understanding.

    2. Dic. says (both Chambers & Free dic.) cataract is water falls. No need for cataracts. Hence my doubt.

  22. I did this a day late because I was in Boston at the National Puzzlers' League convention (4 days of puzzling fun, with many cryptic crosswords but many other word puzzles too). This puzzle was a smooth solve with a couple of toughies near the end, particularly 28D! I was glad to see I wasn't the only one who left that to last. Thanks to Saral.
